 Fractional ownership of a luxury RV is similar in concept and design to fractional ownership of a yacht. Once you pick out the RV you want from our inventory of suggested choices and decide how many shares you wish to own DSI does the rest. As an owner when you want to plan a trip you schedule your use either on line or by phone. Your available use per year corresponds to your percentage of ownership. A one-quarter share would entitle you to 12 weeks of use. A one-sixth share provides you with 8 weeks, and so on. The term of ownership is typically 5 years, after which time the RV is sold and the proceeds are distributed to the owners. At that time you may elect to participate again in another brand new RV or you may leave the program. It’s your choice.
 During the term of ownership DSI will take care of all of the unpleasant and time consuming tasks related to ownership of the RV for you. DSI will handle storage of the RV and all scheduling as well as maintenance, cleaning and delivery of the RV to the owners for use. When the day of your trip arrives your luxury RV will be delivered to your doorstep, wherever you live. The RV will be fully fueled, professionally cleaned and detailed, with beds made up with your own linens. A fully stocked kitchen with items of your choice is an additional option. Maps for your planned trip are provided as is an optional state of the art GPS. 24 hour roadside assistance is provided for any unforeseeable complications. Trip planning assistance is also provided to help you locate stopover sites, sightseeing points of interest and recommended restaurants. When you return from your trip DSI will meet you to retrieve the RV and prepare it for the next owner’s adventure.
